Cerise is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic. She loves orthotics and prosthetics because it is a blend of patient care, engineering, and research; she gets to work with her hands, solve meaningful problems, establish relationships with patients and their families, and contribute to data driven outcomes.
Cerise provides general orthotic and prosthetic care, and often works with pediatric patients needing ankle foot orthoses, scoliosis braces, or cranial remolding orthoses. She particularly enjoys providing cranial remolding orthoses because the progress is both measurable and observable, and she gets to celebrate with parents as their hard work is realized.
Outside of the clinic, Cerise enjoys mountain biking and training for triathlons.
