Denise is a Texas-licensed, ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist and Clinic Manager for Hanger Clinic in Arlington, Texas. She has dedicated her life to the pursuit of improving the mobility and function of her patients, and to being a source of inspiration to her colleagues. With her 25 years of experience in the field and her determination to be creative, artistic, and meticulous, she strives to ensure that each patient is well cared for.
Denise works hard to ensure the absolute best possible outcome while developing a level of mutual trust and understanding, which is vital in a practitioner-patient relationship. Denise is versed in all aspects of orthotics and prosthetics. Upon graduating from UT Southwestern Medical Center Dallas in 1997, she was hired by UTSW for their pilot residency program, before joining the Hanger Clinic team.
In her free time, Denise volunteers for Mission Arlington. She is a mother and wife who enjoys painting, art, and gardening. In her younger years, Denise was a competitive and semi-pro ice-skater who performed alongside famous skaters such as Scott Hamilton.
