Deanna is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts with nearly two decades of experience.
From a young age, Deanna knew she wanted to work in the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) field because her grandmother was a diabetic bilateral amputee. She has always found fulfillment in helping others and exercising her creativity. She cares deeply about her patients and is committed to ensuring they have everything they need to feel comfortable and confident. Deanna is passionate about holistic care, focusing on the whole person and not just the specific deficit, so she can help ensure they are successful with their device.
Deanna also specializes in infant cranial asymmetry and loves working with her pediatric patients. She particularly enjoys being able to see the visual improvements throughout the cranial care journey as treatment progresses.
Outside the clinic, Deanna loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys teaching at the University of Hartford’s Master’s program in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
