We look forward to bringing our community together to stay active, learn about new leisure activities, and network with others. Come play some accessible board games, participate in educational workshops that discuss fitness, wellness, nutrition, and skin care, and join others during adaptive activities such as:
- Yoga
- Goalball
- Pickleball
- Recumbent & upper extremity bicycles
- Golf
- Wheelchair basketball

Hanger Clinic is hosting an Amputee Walking School on October 4th in partnership with South Piedmont AHEC! The Amputee Walking School provides training in advanced amputee exercises appropriate for both physical therapists and those with limb loss of all levels and abilities.
