Alexis is a Clinical Care Extender for Hanger Clinic in Auburn, Maine.

Alexis started her career in orthotics and prosthetics as a technician. In her position, she fulfills an integral role working alongside patients and the clinical team fabricating prosthetic sockets and various lower/upper extremity orthotic solutions to help individuals improve function and independence. Alexis’ interest in orthotics and prosthetics was realized as a result of her passion for supporting people through the continuum of care following illness, disease, or injury.

She is pursuing a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Concordia University St. Paul.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking.
