Celia is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist specializing in pediatric orthotics and cranial remolding orthoses. From custom inserts and ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) to scoliosis bracing and cranial helmet fitting, she is well-versed in supporting pediatric development through precise orthotic management. Celia partners with the UMC Cranial team to provide precise cranial remolding care for complex pediatric cases.

A Master’s graduate of California State University in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Celia is grounded in evidence-based practice and comprehensive patient management. Celia is fluent in English and Spanish, providing exceptional care while ensuring every family understands their child’s orthotic plan and feels supported throughout treatment.
