Cynthia is an ABC-certified orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Dayton, Ohio. She specializes in pediatrics and in the treatment of spinal conditions, scoliosis, and lower and upper extremity conditions.
While doing physical therapy volunteer work at Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Cynthia discovered orthotics. She enjoys the challenge evaluating a child for their orthotic needs, collaborating with their doctor and physical therapist, and designing, fitting, and adjusting their device for growth.
Cynthia attends the Scoliosis and Ortho Clinic and the Myelo and Cerebral Palsy Team Clinics at Dayton Children’s Hospital. She especially loves treating scoliosis patients, teaching her patients and the family about scoliosis and how the brace treatment plan is key to success.
