Esau Garcia is an ABC-certified clinician for Hanger Clinic in Roseville, California.

In 2013, while in undergraduate school for pre-medicine, Esau had an injury to his knee resulting in a below the knee amputation from complications of a dislocation. After working with his Prosthetist at a Hanger Clinic in Southern California, he decided to change his focus and applied for his master’s program.

As a clinician, Esau specializes in comprehensive post-operative prosthetic care, above and below knee prostheses, and spinal orthoses (Acute & Chronic) AFOs / KAFOs.

Outside of work, Esau enjoys time with his family, walking, riding bicycles, camping, traveling, and pretty much any outdoor activity he can do. Since becoming an amputee, he has participated in triathlons as often as possible. Being able to be active is important for Esau and he is passionate about to helping others that have experienced limb loss in their journey with living with a prosthesis.
