Jaclyn is an ABC-certified prosthetist and orthotist at Hanger Clinic in Portland, ME.
Jaclyn specializes in lower extremity prosthetics. Prior to joining the orthotic and prosthetic field, Jaclyn worked as a biomedical engineer on a variety of medical products and solutions, but felt too far removed from the people she was working to help. The drive to solve human problems through technology led her to orthotics and prosthetics. Jaclyn is motivated by each unique patient and the search to find the ideal solution for the individuals she supports. She looks forward to growing with the field as evidence-based practice guides new technology to the patients who need it.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, exploring the wilderness through rock climbing, hiking, and surfing.
