Joe is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with more nearly forty years of experience.

Joe received his Bachelor’s degree in 1977 from West Chester State College and Certificate in Prosthetics and Orthotics from UCLA in 1980. After working in New England from 1980-1983, Joe opened his own company in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania in 1984. His company eventually joined Hanger Clinic, where Joe continues to practice as lead clinician and resident director at the Bethlehem clinic.

Joe enjoys working directly with patients and seeing how they progress through their journey, striving to improve their outcomes and meet their personal goals through a collaborative and innovative approach.
