Kristin is an American Board Certified Prosthetist Orthotist practicing at the Schaumburg, IL clinic.
Kristin graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Post-graduation, she worked for a health information and electronic health record technology company where she developed a dedication to patient empowerment and healthcare engagement. Kristin then began her training in prosthetics and orthotics at Northwestern University, where she received her Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. After graduation, she completed a two year residency with Scheck and Siress Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Post-residency, Kristin began working as a full-time clinician at our Schaumburg office. She has presented research on demographics and etiology of patients utilizing lower extremity prostheses at the Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics Annual Meeting, and she is passionate about using research to inform her clinical decisions. Kristin works with individuals of all ages with a variety of diagnoses and sees many patients for scoliosis bracing and for lower extremity prostheses.
Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys staying active and taking her dog on walks, traveling with her husband, and reading.
