Kurt is an ABC-certified prosthetist and BOC-certified orthotist at the Clive, Fort Dodge, and Ames Hanger Clinic locations.

With over 15 years of experience, Kurt works with patients of all types and skill levels. As an amputee himself due to a work-related injury, Kurt leverages his personal and professional experience to help each patient reach their maximum potential.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005, Kurt obtained his post-graduate certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2006. He completed his prosthetic residency in Des Moines and worked in Sioux City for ten years prior to moving back to the Des Moines area.
