Matthew is an ABC-certified prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Austin, Texas.
As a clinician, Matthew specializes in advanced prosthetic and orthotic technologies, including socket design, vacuum suspension methods, and microprocessor-controlled devices. He is passionate about helping individuals regain their function and mobility through personalized, patient-centered care. Since entering the field in 2009, Matthew has gained extensive experience in both patient care and clinic management, fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and trust to ensure patients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
An Austin native, Matthew began his career as a Diffusion Equipment Engineer in the semiconductor industry before transitioning to orthotics and prosthetics. Inspired by a family member and volunteer experiences at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital and MK Prosthetic & Orthotic Services in San Antonio, he discovered a deep interest in the field and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
