Phil is a Pennsylvania-licensed, ABC-certified orthotist for Hanger Clinic. He’s quickly approaching 40 years in the field, having begun his career as an orthotist in the United States Air Force in 1984. After traveling the world, Phil settled in Savannah, Georgia, where he met his lovely wife, Amy, and graduated from Armstrong State University. They traveled briefly before landing in York, Pennsylvania in 1995. He joined Hanger Clinic in 2014 and is the senior orthotist at the Lancaster clinic, also serving as a Hanger Clinic Resident Mentor. Phil appreciates the opportunity to pass on his diverse knowledge to orthotic graduate students.

An avid cyclist and runner, Phil enjoys being outside when not working. He and his family can be found RVing around from spring through fall with close friends.
