Syreeta Brainard is the Patient Care Navigator for Hanger Clinic in Connecticut.

With prior experience as a Director of Rehab specializing in Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, Syreeta maintains active licensure and COTA certifications. She has extensive knowledge in case management, acute and sub-acute skilled rehabilitation, and transition planning. Syreeta’s empathetic approach centers on promoting independence, self-care, mobility, and patient advocacy, reflecting her passion for prosthetic rehabilitation and empowering individuals to live their best life.

Syreeta is passionate about providing excellent service and knowledge to the patients, clinics, and hospitals she supports. She guides patients from pre-amputation through first steps in a prosthesis, with focus on supporting and educating patients and caregivers to help them achieve of their highest level of independence and functional mobility.
