Syreeta is the Community Care Coordinator for Hanger Clinic in Connecticut. With prior experience as a Director of Rehab specializing in Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, she maintains active licensure and COTA certifications. Syreeta has extensive knowledge in case management, acute and sub-acute skilled rehabilitation, and transition planning.

Syreeta is passionate about providing excellent service and knowledge to the patients, clinics, and hospitals she supports. She guides patients from pre-amputation through first steps in a prosthesis, with focus on supporting and educating patients and caregivers to help them achieve of their highest level of independence and functional mobility.
