Tim is an ABC-certified and Illinois-licensed prosthetist/orthotist for Hanger Clinic in Schaumburg, Illinois.
With 15 years of experience specializing in upper limb prostheses, Tim has a diverse background in private and institutional settings. He has received specialized training in the application of myoelectric and microprocessor-controlled upper and lower extremity prosthetic componentry. He is passionate about getting to know his patients and collaborating with them to find effective solutions that enhance their quality of life.
Previously, Tim served as a prosthetist at the Department of Defense’s Center for the Intrepid, where he had the privilege of providing specialized care to acutely injured active-duty service members.
Tim is actively involved in research and development projects aimed at trialing and validating the efficacy of emerging upper limb prosthetic technologies. He is also a prosthetic residency mentor and regularly lectures healthcare partners on upper and lower limb prosthetic technology.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys the ocean and cherishes time spent with his wife and kids, reflecting his belief in the importance of family and community.
